Private parties are available beginning April 1st, and may be booked on Saturdays and non-Open play Sundays. Other days of the week can be booked, but only if sufficient staff is available.
There are two time slots available for bookings. 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm. Booking one of these slots guarantees your group to exclusive use of our fields and facilities.
You must have at least 10 players to reserve a time slot. There is a $50 dollar deposit required. The deposit must be received to reserve the date and time. The deposit will be returned or applied to the bill if the 10 player minimum is met on the scheduled day of event. If the 10 player minimum is not met then there is no return on the deposit, and there will be a $20 charge per person (of the 10 player minimum) that didn't show up.
To avoid disappointment contact us early to check availability and to reserve your date because they go fast. At least one weeks notice is required.
